***The JumSoft Support URL link on their Toolbox page for this product page in the AppStore is dead*** (Strike Two) Finally got to the JumSoft Support site. The second question in their FAQ was: Question: I updated Toolbox for MS Office and now it wants me to buy all my previous purchases again. What should I do? Answer: You can restore your previous purchases by selecting Store > Restore Purchases. (Strike Three) I tried to restore from the Apple AppStore; however, that was a dead end. Then I tried to start up the Toolbox for MS Office app again and see if there is something there to “Restore Purchases”. Sure enough, you can restore your previous purchases by selecting Store from the menu bar > Restore Purchases.
