Quicken 2007 for Mac continues to be available for $15 from the Chat function on Intuit's Support website and it has been updated to, as of this writing, version 16.2.3, which runs in Snow Leopard through El Capitan. Does the 2007 version run natively now? When I was using it last it was running under Rosetta, which has been removed.
